Diversion signposts causing confusion for drivers

On Thursday I had occasion to turn off Stourbridge Ring Road and turn left into Birmingham Road. Upon reaching Bagley Street/Road I turned left and noticed diversion signs but it was not clear what they were for. Halfway up Bagley Road, the diversion signs ended. Only at that point does it make obvious that Caledonia is shut except to house frontages.   more...
