Pupils say farewell

Young stars at a Kinver primary school have been given awards as a final farewell before leaving for senior school.

Six 11-year-olds were presented with awards in front of an audience of parents, teachers and fellow pupils at Brindley Heath Junior School.

Mitchell Taylor earned the sportsmanship cup, with Emily Nielsen as runner-up, and Hannah McGuire was awarded the prize for citizenship.

Stephanie Randle won the maths prize and Zoe Bond was awarded for music.
