Failed snatch

A scuffle broke out when a thief grabbed a 43-year-old woman's bag in a Hales-owen car park.
The woman was near the lift at the Pool Road car park when a man lunged at her bag from behind at 3.15pm on Satur-day April 7.
They tugged at the black leather bag until the thief broke free and made off in a blue G-registration car. The bag contained a purse and £400 cash.
He was a white male, aged 20 to 30, slim build and wearing dark clothing.
His accomplice was a white male, aged 20 to 30, with short fair hair.
