Re-named

South Staffordshire housing association has re-named its labour maintenance team Staffordshire Property Care.

The new name and image has been chosen to describe more accurately the range of services it provides and reflect its approach to customer care.

Wayne Hughes, director of building services, said: "The maintenance team have invested a great deal of time and effort in improving the services it provides and this has been rewarded with an increase in work.''
